  • Produced all education and community programming for 10,000 youth and adults annually. Transcendence Education focuses on equitable arts access for all. Content was delivered virtually (live and pre-recorded) and in-person

  • Oversaw private donor and institutional grant funding for education programming and personally wrote and obtained $445,000 of national and local grants and donations

  • Created and managed all Corporate Professional Development programming for Google, Sotheby’s, and Bay Area professionals totaling over $110,000 in income

  • As a member of the senior leadership staff I worked closely with the executive team, department directors, and managers to support all organizational strategic calendar and budget planning

  • Supervised year round staff consisting of full time Education Coordinators and Teaching Artists that expanded seasonally to fourteen Teaching Artists and project leads

  • Produced live performances, web content, and short films by and for artists of color (The Great Black Way, #Unbooked, LA MORENA, Temp) amounting to over 750,000 total views online

  • Consultant for New York City BIPOC organizations assisting in development and programming strategies

  • Created curriculum and hired teaching artists for Anti-Bullying & Self Empowerment Workshops for schools and local nonprofits 

  • Organized Broadway Panel Discussion at St. Hope Leadership Academy

  • Arranged for Harlem middle school students to attend "Spongebob: the Musical" on Broadway complete with cast talk back

  • Facilitated artistic process that explored gender identity that aided in students’ generative work
